How Can Club Members Self Register Online As Club Members?

[!note]First a club and its basic details needs to be created along with its core admin user, including the configuration of club payment options.

Each time a member registers online the club receives a notification email.
The club will also have instant access to the online registrations simply by logging into their Klubfunder account. This allows the clubs to quickly view and download reports based on registration types and perform any required searches.

Automatic Membership

When a person first makes a transaction on Klubfunder it will create an account for this user. The account is created using their email address.

Once the transaction has been processed they will receive an email ‘Account has been created’. This email will direct the user to create a password for their account. If the user does not create a password or login to their account at the time they have the option of doing this at a later date by clicking on the ‘reset password’ link in the ‘Login’ page.

When a user logs into Klubfunder they will see a full transaction history of any purchases they have made for this club or any club using this email address.

Any future transactions will also be available to view from within their ‘My Account’ area.

If a user has an active payment subscription set up with any Klub via the Klubfunder platform they will also have the ability to update or cancel this subscription via their ‘My Account’ area.

If a user has made purchases using two different email address for the same klub or two different clubs they will have two klubfunder accounts as the accounts are created using each unique email address.

Members Can Automatically Renew their Membership Online

When a member first registers online to your klub via Klubfunder it will create an account for this user. The account is created using their email address.

The member can login to their 'My account' area at any time and view all purchases they have made to this klub or any other klub provided they have used the same email address each time.

When the members logs in, they will simply click on the 'Club Membership' menu. This will show them their membership purchases. To 'renew' their membership all they need to do is click on the 'Renew' option.

Having clicked on the 'Renew' button above it will then ask them to choose which membership products they wish to purchase. Once they have added these items to their basket and clicked on the 'Buy Now' button. The online registration form will appear.

The member will then be presented with a 'Select a member' drop list. This will include a list of members they have previously registered and it will allow them to select which members is appropriate to which form. On selecting a member it will pre-populate details for this user. Updates can be made if required.

On completion of the forms the member will then make the required payment. On making payment the member will then receive a confirmation email for the purchase they have just made. The club will also receive a confirmation email.

Administrators Can Issue Membership Renewal Reminders

  1. Login to your Klubfunder account using your club administrator login.
  2. lick on 'Club Membership'
  3. Click on the 'Renewals'
  4. Use the 'Select All' option to select all members previously registered.
  • Filter your data using the search fields,
  • The renewal dates show against members,
  • 'Show Purchased Before' permits a search on dates.
  1. Click 'Send Membership Renewal Reminder', a confirmation message will appear on screen.
  2. Click 'Confirm'
  3. An email is Sent to the member(s) selected.

How Do Members Update Their Payment Details?

If your club is using Stripe to collect recurring payments from you and you wish to update your card details because you have a new card or your previous card has expired you can do this via your Klubfunder account.

Log in to your Klubfunder account.

Go to www.klubfunder.com

Click on the 'Log in' button.

Enter your email address and password. This will be the same email address you used to complete the transaction with. if you have forgotton your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' link.

Once you are in your 'My Account' area click on the 'Subscriptions' button

Once you are in your Subscriptions tab you will see your subscription. To update your card details click on 'Update Card Details'. You will then be asked to enter your card details again.

Alternatively if you would like to cancel your subscription. You can do this via the 'Remove Subscripton' button.

How Can Members Check Their Club Subscriptions?

You can log into your MyAccount area to view any existing Subsciption Payment plans you have set up with a club.

The steps below provide a short guide on how to do this

Step 1 Log in to your Klubfunder account. Go to www.klubfunder.com Click on the 'Log in' button.

Step 2 - Go to the Subscriptions Page Once you are in your 'My Account' area click on the 'Subscriptions' button

Once you are in your Subscriptions tab you will see your list of subscriptions.

To cancel your subscription click on 'Remove Subscription'. You will then be asked to confirm that you wish to delete this. If you click 'Yes' your subscription will be canceled. You will also receive an email to confirm this. If for any reason you don't receive this confirmation email, let us know. Email: hello@klubfunder.com. Please include your reference number.

If you would like to update your card number or expiry date. You can do this via the 'Update Card Details' button.

How Do Members Cancel Their Recuring Payments?
