How Can I Configure and Manage KlubFunders Events Tools

  1. Log into your Klubfunder account using your club administrator login details.
  2. Enter you admin email address and password and click the login button
  3. Click on 'Event Registration'
  4. Click on the "Manage Events" tab
  5. Complete the required details for your event
  • The name of the event,
  • Cost of the event,
  • A short description,
  • An expiry date and time, This will ensure that after this date online registration will be removed from your page.
  1. In the 'Form Template' dropdown list choose which template is best suited to your event.
  2. Click on 'Add Event'

Event Templates

As part of our Free Grassroots plan, we have standard templates for various types of event:

  • Summer camps,
  • Road races,
  • Tournaments.

These templates will collect contact details of the person attending the event:

  • Name,
  • Dob,
  • Address,
  • Emergency contacts,
  • Email,
  • Parent details.

How Do I Know Who Has Registered On My Events

  1. Login to your Klubfunder account using your club admin login.
  2. Click on ‘Event Registration’.
  3. Choose your event from the ‘Event Registration Type’ search filter.
  • The ‘date purchased start’ filter will always be defaulted to 30 days previous from todays date so if you want to widen your search please replace this with your required date.
