Login to your klubfunder account using your club admin login details.

Click on the ‘Edit Club Details’ option.

Scroll down and click on the ‘GoCardless’ option


If your club does not currently have an account set up, you will have the option of creating one now, alternatively you will choose the ‘Sign In’ option.


Once you have verified your GoCardless account, send us an email to hello@klubfunder.com letting us know you have created and activated your clubs GoCardless account. 


Please note that when using GoCardless as it is a direct debit it will take 3-5 business days for the transaction to process.  Once the transaction has been processed it will be at this time your members will appear in the Klubfunder platform.  Also, in the training fees section the payment status will show as ‘Pending’ until the transaction has been processed.
