Login to the MyAccount area of the website as the admin user. The link to the website is:
Step 1 - Click on the Chat Channels menu option
Step 2 - Click on the green "Chat Channels Settings" button
Step 3 - Click on the green "new Chat Channel" button
Step 4 - Add Channel Details
Enter a name for the new chat channel. Then select the roles that have access to this channel e.g
Channel: 2014 Team Channel
Roles:
2014 Coaches
2014 Parents/Players
