The Sweepstake Fundraiser is similar to the Take Your Pick Fundraiser, host a sweepstake for any sporting event or tournament and raise funds for your club.
Instead of prizes being hidden behind each box, the Sweepstake fundraiser will have the competing teams/participants behind each box and your members will make their selection at random.
STEP 1
Login to your Klubfunder account using your club administrator login.
STEP 2
Click on 'Manage Fundraising Games' menu option
(If this does not show, click on the "Settings" button and then switch on the fundraising games feature from the services tab)
STEP 3
Click on the "Manage Sweepstake / Take Your Pick Games" button
STEP 4
Next click the "Create Game" button
STEP 5
Add in the details for your game. Enter a name, the entry fee and the number of boxes/numbers you would like the players to be able to select from.
e.g
Club Take Your Pick
£/€ 10 entry fee
Choose from 100 boxes
STEP 6
Once the game has been created, the next step is to set up the options/participants behind each box.
For Example
For a sweepstake you would add an option behind all boxes/numbers
Click on the orange "Manage" button to start the setup process
STEP 7
Click the "Add Prize or Selection" button
Then complete the details and repeat for each entry required
STEP 8
Finally, when ready, go back to the manage games screen and click the "Mark Game As Active" button.
Players will be able to view and enter the game once active
