This article will be explaining how your club can store any documents and certificates for volunteers.

STEP 1: Once you have logged into the Klubfunder platform scroll down and click into 'Volunteer Klub'

STEP 2: Once you have clicked into the volunteer area you will see this page, to upload a volunteers Certification details click 'volunteer database

STEP 3: Once you have clicked 'Volunteer Database you will see this screen, 

Click 'Add Volunteer'

STEP 4: Once you have clicked 'add volunteer', click on the documents tab on the far right column.

Here you can fill in document name, description and expiry date for the document.

You can also upload file, once you have completed all fields click 'save'
