This will be at the klubs discretion. As all sales are managed by the shop and all payments are paid directly into the klubs Payment Provider account, it will be up to the klub if they offer a returns policy. The klub shop does not support a returns policy so this would have to be manually managed by the klub. Klubs have the ability to add ‘custom text’ to their shop so they can highlight their ‘returns/no returns’ policy here if required.
